Why is the SUPER ARKTIK ® mobile home truly year-round even in our climatic conditions? One of the reasons is high-quality, robust insulation using grey graphite polystyrene. The benefits of graphite polystyrene are:
- Graphite polystyrene is a thermal insulation material that increases insulation efficiency by up to 20% compared to the same wall thickness when using white polystyrene.
- Graphite reflects heat back to its source, which significantly improves the thermal insulation of graphite polystyrene boards.
- It does not lose its excellent thermal insulation properties even with temperature changes. It even retains its properties during short-term heating up to 95 ℃.
- Graphite polystyrene has very good vapor permeability. Since it absorbs little moisture, it creates an unfavorable environment for mold formation.
- It does not create thermal bridges.
Comfort during colder periods is, of course, also supported by high-quality five-chamber double-glazed windows, efficient infrared heating, and the overall construction of the year-round mobile home.
Mobile homes are manufactured according to the European standard STN EN 1647+A1. In this standard, in section 5.6 (Classification of thermal insulation and heating), it is stated that the average heat transfer coefficient U of structural elements, including windows, doors, and roof openings, must not exceed 1.2 W/(m².K).
