The interior features laminate flooring, interior wall cladding, entrance and interior doors, and five-chamber PVC double-glazed windows. The exterior of the windows is anthracite, while the interior is finished in white.

The equipment includes a practical L-shaped kitchen unit, which makes efficient use of the available space. The kitchen is supplied with basic appliances, including an extractor hood, hob and convection oven.

All-Year Comfort Thanks to PLUS Insulation
Super Arktik Plus is designed for all-year use. The standard insulation consists of 10 cm of grey graphite EPS in the walls and floor and 10 cm of mineral wool in the roof.
The PLUS insulation option adds another layer of graphite EPS to the external walls. This provides approximately 20% higher thermal resistance of the external walls compared with the standard solution.
The additional insulation helps reduce heat loss during winter while also contributing to better protection of the interior against overheating during summer. The result is a more stable indoor climate and greater thermal comfort throughout the year.
Vertical Façade Made of Nordic Pine
One of the distinctive features of the Super Arktik Plus – Wood model is its vertical wooden façade made of impregnated Nordic pine. The wood gives the mobile home a natural and modern appearance while being designed with long-term resistance to outdoor conditions in mind.
The façade cladding is treated using a combination of vacuum-pressure impregnation and oil impregnation with coloured linseed oil. The treatment penetrates deep into the wood structure and helps protect the façade against moisture, UV radiation, wood-decay fungi, insects, cracking and other weather conditions.
It also contributes to better dimensional stability and colour retention of the wooden cladding.
Heating and Air Conditioning
HeatFlow infrared foil heating with a thermostat provides thermal comfort inside the mobile home. The system allows the temperature to be regulated according to current needs and is included in the home's complete equipment.
For comfort during warmer months, turnkey air conditioning is also included.
